Fruition is hiring a talented, fast moving, additional Senior Frontend Developer to work on internal projects that touch these technologies:

- Strapi CMS - themeing, plugin development
- Nextjs
- CloudFlare Apps
- Babel
- Custom cloudflare app development
- OpenAPI Chat GPT
- Integrations with chatgpt
- API Heavy Applications
- Integrations with Google APIs including Adwords, Search Console, and Analytics.

This is a contract to hire position. If we* deliver high quality work *together and do so fast there are significant opportunities including W2 and ownership.

High Potential / High Expectations

This position has a high ceiling however you must be motivated by delivering high quality work at a fast pace. If you truly enjoy producing high quality code and doing it fast we should chat. If you are more interested in working a few hours a week and chilling the rest of the week this isn't the right fit. There is nothing wrong with either approach. Simply put, the desire to chill, or take deadlines with a grain of salt, will not work with the team that you'll be working with.

Frontend Developer Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend JavaScript Developer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using Strapi, Next.js, and Cloudflare Apps.
2. Collaborating closely with the founder of Fruition, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
3. Implementing responsive and adaptive designs that cater to various devices and screen sizes.
4. Ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility standards are met in all applications.
5. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
6. Contributing to the development of reusable code libraries, components, and best practices.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.
8. Mentoring and supporting junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Bonus Qualifications:

1. Experience with serverless technologies and cloud platforms like Digital Ocean App Platform, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Familiarity with backend technologies, such as Node.js, Express, or GraphQL.
3. Exposure to CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
4. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
