FlyFruition Growth Lead

Airport Technology Sales · Remote — Denver, CO

Remote — Denver, CO $60,000 – $140,000 annual on-target earnings Full-time Closes September 30, 2026

Fruition is hiring a growth leader to build and execute the go-to-market campaign for FlyFruition, our airport technology platform. This is a builder role for someone who can create the sales motion and run it: define the market, identify the right buyers, package the offer, open doors, demonstrate the product, move opportunities through procurement, close business, and expand customer relationships.

FlyFruition combines real-time operational data, intelligent Search, content management, signage, embeddable components, and APIs in one platform airport teams control. The role requires understanding airport priorities and presenting the parts of the platform that best address each buyer’s needs.

FlyFruition already operates in production at major U.S. airports. Denver International Airport provides our flagship proof at more than 65 million annual passengers, and the platform footprint spans airports including San Diego, Ontario, Detroit, and Southwest Florida. The opportunity now is to turn that product proof into sustained airport growth.

You will not inherit a mature sales playbook. Your first job is to build it. Your second job is to execute it every week and improve it from evidence. This role is ideal for someone who combines enterprise sales discipline with the initiative of an early-stage product growth leader.

The Mission

Create a repeatable path from a named airport account to a Search demonstration, paid engagement, and long-term FlyFruition platform adoption.

  • Build the FlyFruition growth plan, market segmentation, campaign calendar, funnel definitions, reporting cadence, and revenue forecast.
  • Develop a named-account strategy for U.S. airports and prioritize accounts by fit, timing, access, digital maturity, procurement path, and expansion potential.
  • Create clear, airport-specific demonstrations, implementation scopes, and business cases for the relevant FlyFruition capabilities.
  • Create a repeatable expansion motion from Search into real-time flights, security wait times, parking, weather, content management, signage, APIs, and operational resilience.
  • Own measurable growth: qualified meetings, demonstrations, proposals, procurement progress, closed revenue, sales-cycle time, and platform expansion.

What You’ll Do

Build the Campaign

  • Define the ideal airport customer, buyer personas, priority tiers, account triggers, value propositions, and objection handling.
  • Package FlyFruition Search into a focused entry offer that airport digital, communications, passenger-experience, IT, and operations leaders can understand and buy.
  • Create the core sales materials, discovery framework, demonstration format, proposal structure, follow-up sequence, and account plans.
  • Partner with product and engineering to turn buyer feedback into sharper positioning, stronger demonstrations, and product priorities.

Execute Every Week

  • Research named airports and stakeholders, map buying committees, and create account-specific reasons to engage now.
  • Open doors through direct outreach, existing airport relationships, industry associations, events, partners, and referrals.
  • Lead discovery and demonstrate FlyFruition Search using the airport’s public content and data wherever possible.
  • Navigate public-sector procurement, requests for proposals, security reviews, stakeholder consensus, budgeting, and contracting.
  • Maintain a clear next action, owner, blocker, and close plan for every active opportunity.

Measure and Improve

  • Run a weekly funnel review covering outreach, conversations, qualified meetings, demonstrations, proposals, wins, losses, objections, and cycle time.
  • Test messaging and channels, document what works, and turn successful account approaches into a reusable playbook.
  • Forecast honestly and distinguish activity from progress. A full calendar is not the goal; airport adoption and revenue are.
  • Share market intelligence across Fruition so product, marketing, delivery, and leadership stay aligned around what airport buyers need next.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days: a prioritized target-account list, buyer map, Search offer, campaign plan, funnel definitions, and initial outreach are operating.
  • Within 60 days: a consistent cadence of qualified airport conversations and account-specific Search demonstrations is visible.
  • Within 90 days: proposals and procurement paths are active, objections are documented, and the campaign is improving from real market evidence.
  • Longer term: new airport logos close, existing customer relationships expand, and each customer has a documented plan for deeper FlyFruition adoption.

Who You Are

  • A builder who is energized by creating the sales system, not waiting for a finished playbook or a queue of inbound leads.
  • A credible enterprise seller who can speak with executives, digital teams, communications leaders, IT, operations, procurement, and technical evaluators.
  • Comfortable selling into airports, government, transportation, civic technology, or another complex public-sector environment with long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to translate a technical platform into a concrete operational and passenger-experience outcome without resorting to vague technology language.
  • Persistent, organized, direct, and accountable. You create momentum, record the truth in the funnel, and always know the next action.
  • Curious about AI and modern product-led selling, including using AI to research accounts, prepare demonstrations, personalize outreach, and improve the campaign.

Required Experience

  • Five or more years in enterprise business development, complex technology sales, product growth, or a comparable revenue-owning role.
  • A record of creating qualified pipeline and closing multi-stakeholder technology engagements.
  • Experience building a target-account motion, not only responding to inbound opportunities.
  • Strong discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, follow-up, forecasting, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to make technical products clear to non-technical buyers.
  • Experience with airport, aviation, government, transportation, public-sector, or regulated-enterprise sales is strongly preferred.
  • Existing airport-industry relationships are a meaningful advantage.
