Sallie Wright Serene joined the Fruition team in January of 2022. As VP of Delivery, she oversees the successful delivery of client projects and ensures operational excellence across all teams. She is ever-curious about the how, the why, and the why now, and she believes that an empathy-based, data-driven approach to delivery and operations has the power to transform organizations and set them apart from their competitors.
