Right away, you’ll be connected with your dedicated service desk manager who will schedule a kick-off call to review your backlog of requests and begin the onboarding process.
You’ll have direct access to your dedicated service desk manager and can lean on them for questions, concerns or advice on new projects your team is considering.
You and your team will have access to a private service desk portal where you can submit new tickets and keep an eye on tickets that are currently being worked on.
You’ll never be in the dark about what’s going on.
We don’t require annual contracts or monthly commitments in order to use our service desk, and we instead provide you blocks of hours that can be used over six months for any of your website maintenance needs.
Use these hours for any of our design or development services to make sure your projects are getting done on time.
Our development team and your dedicated service desk manager will ask you for some information on your current hosting and deployment processes, and we will get our team integrated so we can begin work. We set up a staging environment where your team can test changes and approve before we push these changes to the live website.
