When you sign up with Fruition’s Website Maintenance Service Desk, here’s what you can expect:
Right away, you’ll be connected with your dedicated service desk manager, who will schedule a kick-off call to review your backlog of requests and begin the onboarding process.
You’ll have direct access to your dedicated service desk manager and can lean on them for questions, concerns or advice on new projects your team is considering.
You’ll never be in the dark about what’s happening with your website. You and your team will have access to a private service desk portal where you can submit new tickets and keep an eye on tasks that are currently being worked on.
We don’t require annual contracts or monthly commitments in order to use our service desk. Instead, we provide blocks of hours that can be used for any of your website needs over a six-month period.
You can use these hours for any of our design or development services to make sure your projects are getting done on time.
Our development team and your dedicated service desk manager will ask you for some information on your current hosting and deployment processes so our team can get to work right away. Before we push any changes live, we’ll set up a staging environment so your team can test changes and approve updates.
