Social Media and Outreach Specialists
Fruition is hiring a social media specialist. This position would assist the social media manager in coordinating social marketing efforts for a variety of clients, as well as assisting the outreach coordinator in offsite relationship-building and content placement efforts.
In this position, your responsibilities would include creating and posting social content, growing social audiences, profile setup and optimization, and day-to-day management of social interactions on behalf of clients. The ability to generate innovative and creative social marketing plans is a must! In addition, you will assist the outreach coordinator in developing real relationships with bloggers, website owners, business owners, non-profits, schools, clubs, churches, and other organizations in order to generate guest posts, reviews of products, retweets, likes, shares, and new affiliates.
This position requires the ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and represent clients accurately in the social sphere. An understanding of how social media engagement can drive traffic, sales and conversions is essential. You must be able to build relationships using social media, good old-fashioned email, and even in-person visits, and have a natural ability to quickly start conversations and build a lasting relationship with a website owner. You need to have a solid understanding of SEO, major social platforms, and affiliate marketing.
a. Extensive experience running corporate social media campaigns.
b. The ability to take over existing campaigns with little training.
c. At least 2 years experience in Internet marketing or PR.
d. BA/BS from a major university.
e. Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
f. Experience with social automation tools such as HootSuite.
g. Ability to efficiently manage multiple clients/projects with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
Hourly: $12 plus performance bonuses
Fruition is located in Denver and Boulder. This position would have you working in Denver at least a few days a week.
1099 Independent Contractor to permanent after 3 months. W2 employees have significant benefits including health care, goal sharing plan, paid vacation, and more.
