SaaS Help Desk / Customer Support

Fruition is hiring a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) help desk agent. Your job is to assist the SaaS product manager with attaining the highest customer satisfaction through front line interaction with potential customers, existing customers, and former customers. Our goal is to create the best marketing and security software available anywhere that is fully customer funded and affordable for SMBs and scalable for enterprises.

SaaS Help Desk Skills

    1. Strong technical knowledge of SEO, PPC, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
    2. Experience with SEO tools
    3. Solid understanding of SEO
    4. Desire to grow a product and drive customer satisfaction
    5. Retail experience either in person or online i.e. a solid understanding of what people want and how to give it to them.
    6. Insanely reliable, driven, and a self starter
    7. Someone that likes to take control of a project and run with it

Position Duties

  • Manage all customer interactions.
  • Grow customer base. Work with SaaS manager on improving the product.
  • Working with developers to explain customer issues.
  • Report on key metrics.

SaaS Help Desk Position Details

This position starts out as a 1099 contractor for a 3 month period. After a successful completion of a 3 month intro period you will be offered a w2 position. Once a W2 employee you’ll have access to all of Fruition’s benefits.
