Holistic Marketing Approach Increases Economic Sales
2 Hounds Design was experiencing relatively static numbers for sales through their e-commerce website. To increase online sales, the company needed to increase brand awareness, boost organic rankings, and grow their following on social media.
Fruition met with the 2 Hounds Design team in person to brainstorm and strategize a new social media and SEO approach. For social media, Fruition used holiday and seasonal creative with a full-funnel social approach to reach customers at various stages in their purchasing journey. By breaking down customers thoughts, feelings, and actions before, during, and after purchasing, Fruition was able to pair social media ads and objectives with users in each part of the funnel.
For SEO, Fruition optimized the site by reorganizing and changing the top navigation based on search volume for the various product categories. Fruition also created layouts of the category pages in order to add custom content to individual category pages, which allowed the agency to add unique content, increase depth, and improve keyword density.
The social media campaign drove one of the highest conversion value, number of transitions, and sessions via social that 2 Hounds Design has experienced in their paid social history. At the same time, the SEO strategies helped more consumers discover the brand. As a result of Fruition’s changes, total keywords ranked and organic transactions were the highest they’ve been in two years.
