Job Description
- Execute innovative and effective social media marketing programs for our clients including community management, content creation ideation and execution, and paid advertising
- Create multiple content calendars per month, including research, copywriting, graphic creation, scheduling, and analyzing monthly results
- Create engaging copy and creative to run successful social media campaigns
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors, audiences, and social channels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Oversee and manage paid media campaigns, as needed
- Monitor and respond to clients’ social media users on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarks, and new technologies
- Work closely with the marketing/digital team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve the client’s overall marketing goals
- Provide trending and performance results to internal personnel and clients
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant social media KPIs, including paid media
- Use analytics tools to develop reports to help determine long-term social media strategy and needs
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients, from identification to execution, analytics, and optimization
- Benchmark and analyze the effectiveness of social media activity beyond just “likes”
- Measure, optimize and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Qualifications and Skills Required
- BS/BA in Marketing or demonstrated experience working on multiple stages of the digital customer journey
- 2-3 years of professional social media experience managing multiple brands and/or accounts
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write copy that follows best practices for various social media platforms
- Experienced in content creation using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and be able to manage content creation on behalf of multiple clients
- Experience with content marketing best practices
- Understanding of current trends, online culture, and confidence in your execution of it
- Experience executing and managing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Experience with social media KPIs, analytics, and tracking
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and overall flexibility with a high level of autonomy
- Experience in client-facing situations and working within a team structure
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are a plus
- Photography/videography experience is a plus
- Knowledge of all paid media channels’ capabilities and best practices specifically on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc. is a plus

Salary Range
- Full Time – $50,000-$70,000 annual on-target earnings (base plus bonus), commensurate with experience, skills, education, and/or training
