Fruition is in search of a highly motivated Digital Media Manager to focus on media planning, execution and optimization of online media campaigns across a wide range of clients.

Tasks:
• Daily optimization and management of media campaigns
• Trafficking, reporting and optimizing ad campaigns
• Creative testing and development
• Develop and implement digital media and digital strategies
• Analyze and provide optimization recommendations for campaigns
• Develop campaign calendars and rollout plans
• Participate in campaign performance reviews

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience within a digital agency environment or in-house digital media manager with experience in programmatic media buying and knowledge of digital media ecosystem
• Firm understanding of trends and latest digital technologies
• Strong initiative and vision for continuous optimization
• High attention to detail
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
