Who we’re looking for

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the strategy, management, implementation and reporting of Google, Bing and Social Media paid campaigns.

  • 4+ years experience with digital acquisition channels (Text, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, Paid Social Channels).
  • Experience with developing, implementing and managing paid campaigns in Google (Adwords & YouTube), Bing, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter and other media buying platforms.
  • Paid Advertising experience across multiple channels (Text, Display, Retargeting, etc.)
  • Experience with running paid campaigns including bid management, writing copy, and expanding keyword lists.
  • Experience developing, deploying, managing and reporting text ads, display and retargeting ads.
  • Experience with reporting using Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook business manager, etc.
  • AdWords/Bing Certifications are a plus.
  • A self-starter and be comfortable working independently.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, develop, execute and analyze ad programs that communicate a brand story to targeted external audiences on platforms such as Google (Adwords & YouTube), Bing, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter and other media buying platforms
  • Daily management of paid digital media campaigns for a variety of clients and budgets.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other account metrics.
  • Apply appropriate analysis and optimization techniques to ensure that campaigns deliver consistently and achieve advertiser KPIs, goals and objectives.
  • Identify poor performing campaigns, possible causes and course of corrective action.
  • Analyze data to find trends and make recommendations.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Work within client budgets and seek methods to improve metrics like cost per click, conversion rates, etc.
  • Develop digital paid media campaigns for clients to optimize visibility, oversee graphics design, copy writing, and keyword selection.
  • Detect paid campaign fraud (click fraud) and devise strategies to minimize fraud risk.
  • Analyze and capture data to support reporting, analysis, testing, optimizations and forecasting.
  • Become the subject matter expert for client reports and recommendations.
  • Offer support to the client-facing team in meetings and on calls when needed.
  • Assist in building out Fruition’s paid digital media processes and toolbase to provide comprehensive and optimal solutions to clients.
