Sr. Search (SEO) Account Manager

Fruition is hiring a full time Search Account Manager to work out of our Denver office in beautiful Cherry Creek. About this Opportunity

The Search Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and value to our clients. The Search Account Manager will be the principal liaison between the client and internal teams. The Search Account Manager must be able to work as a positive member of the team and contribute to new strategies while leveraging Fruition’s existing processes that are proven to work. The ability to work independently to find the best solutions for your clients is critical to success. This position requires the ability to effortlessly juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines promptly and communicate effectively with clients, peers, supervisors, and a team of contractors. In addition to those professional strengths, our account manager must have the ability to drive strategy, think creatively, and act as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and a vast experience with evaluating and assessing websites for SEO improvement opportunities
  • Ability to perform in-depth website audits to set the tone for each digital marketing campaign
  • Great working knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO practices and implementation
  • Extensive experience with google algorithm changes
  • Experience with WordPress, Drupal and other CMS platforms
  • Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in preparing and driving client presentations, including sales decks and quarterly business reviews
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills
  • 4-6 years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the SEO and digital roadmap for both onsite and offsite efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage digital marketing campaigns from beginning to end
  • Utilize internal and external tools for analysis and reporting
  • Research, analyze and monitor market trends, benchmarks, and competitive environment
  • Compile and analyze monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
  • Basic HTML coding
  • Drive content marketing and link building strategies to align with best SEO practices
  • Seamlessly use Google Analytic and Google Search Console (GA certification is a plus)
  • Drive client success by effectively communicating and driving strategy
  • Analyze data and build recommendations specific to client success and respective KPIs
  • Manage complex projects end to end while maintaining delivery expectations and timelines
  • Act as account lead in meetings and on calls for client projects

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience. Additionally, we offer an annual companywide goal (bonus) sharing plan that encourages a collaborative work environment.
