Business Development Representative Fruition is in search of a full time a Business Development professional to assist company sales and internal marketing functions. Your key responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set meetings for the sales team to close. Success in this role requires a hunter who can spend significant time on the phone cultivating prospects, following up on leads generated through marketing programs, as well as independent prospecting and other lead generation strategies. Success will be measured by the number of qualified sales opportunities and new deals created. The Business Development team is responsible for all of Fruition’s sales and marketing functions. This includes continuing to develop and drive a world class sales organization, assisting in the implementation of sales strategy and building a national sales team. Our BDR will assist in the development and execution of marketing programs in support of sales objectives. A focus on non-traditional marketing is critical to this positions success. This includes leveraging Fruition’s SaaS platform to drive sales. The BDR will also assist in providing support to the sales team with RFP’s, quotes and proposal development. Position Requirements: Prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments and build sales pipelines for Account Executives by means of proactive outbound prospecting, such as cold calling, and lead activity management Qualify and vet all inbound leads for qualification Accurately update company CRM tool with opportunity and lead related information Attend prospect meetings as required Participate in sales meetings, local trade shows, and vendor training in order to maintain up to date knowledge of current technology Collaborate with marketing, partners, and other internal teams to help market digital marketing solutions to prospects Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Fruition and to secure meetings Provide support to the sales team by executing on defined marketing strategies and tactics for the generation of demand and inbound leads Key Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university 1-3 years growth related experiences (e.g., Sales, Sales Enablement) Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing & technology History of success working within a team environment, with demonstrated strong collaboration capabilities Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms Strong desire to be in digital agency & technology sales Prior inside sales experience a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Demonstrate excellent communication skills Minimum Qualifications Fluency in written and verbal English Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-Year University required 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation 1+ years outbound sales experience (preferred) Digital Marketing/SEO, Web Development knowledge (preferred) A strong digital marketing aptitude Proficiency in oral and written communication skills Fruition is a nationally-recognized, award-winning digital agency located in the heart of Denver.
