Fruition Launches Diversity-focused internship

Since Fruition’s founding in 2003, the Denver-based digital agency has been committed to being unapologetically diverse and making a positive impact on the community. For many years, we’ve supported Wee Cycle, Denver CASA, and recently Project CURE in addition to the various organizations and programs that support cognitive diversity. To further expand our impact, we’ve developed a Fruition-run, diversity-focused paid digital marketing internship program within the Denver community.

Diversity Internship Vision and Mission

Our team strives to improve the workforce outcomes of diverse young people by addressing employment and education barriers. The internship program will empower interns with the tools and skills to attain industry-recognized credentials in the world of digital marketing. By providing hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, Fruition interns will be well-prepared for future career endeavors.

Internship Components

In this 12-week program, interns will partner with digital marketing professionals in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content. Interns won’t be relegated to filing, answering phones, or busywork. Instead, the experiential program will teach interns valuable aspects of digital marketing, including how to conduct digital marketing assessments, audience targeting, setting up paid campaigns, reporting, and more.

The internship will also enhance participants’ soft skills, like critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. By attending client-facing and internal meetings, interns will gain professional and interpersonal skills that translate to any profession.

If you’re currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or are a recent graduate, we’d love to talk with you. Learn more about our internship program and send in your application today!
