Fruition Growth Announces Zach Wilensky as New VP of Finance

Wilensky will help drive financial automation, increase accuracy and design actionable financial reporting

Denver, Colo. — Technology and digital marketing agency Fruition Growth, LLC, announces that Zach Wilensky is the new Vice President of Finance. Wilensky was previously Fruition’s Senior Accountant and recently assumed the new role.

With over 150 website development and digital marketing clients, Wilensky is responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reporting; managing budgeting and forecasting to ensure Fruition meets financial goals; working with the executive team to provide KPIs allowing them to better manage their teams; and strategizing innovative ways to bill agency clients with ease.

“Fruition offers an impressive array of development and digital marketing services, so I plan to bring my passion for accuracy and automation to help increase its margin and be poised for growth” he said.

Because of his background in implementing automation, Wilensky has partnered with Fruition’s in-house technology and machine-learning specialists to help improve billing processes.

“By building our in-house software tool that will decrease the amount of time it takes to manage our monthly billing, we will increase transparency for clients and be more efficient with our work,” he said. “The time is near, the mission’s clear: We will increase internal visibility of our financials, quickly and easily distribute invoices for the services we provide, and deliver our clients metrics tied to their account.”

Wilensky earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He came to Fruition in November 2018 from Mom’s Organic Market in Rockville, Maryland, where he strategized process improvements for efficient automation, as well as built an in-house tool to manage daily cash reconciliation. Optimizing the company’s overall communication and culture was also a passion for Wilensky, and he hopes to also contribute to Fruition’s culture.
