With several years of e-commerce development and professional services marketing experience, Brad started Fruition in 2000. On the marketing side, Brad has directed a wide range of major projects including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click ad management, conversion analysis, and extensive business planning for Internet-based enterprises. Brad has been optimizing websites since 1996, and he knows exactly how to deliver results in a cost effective and expedient manner. On the technical side, Brad has authored patents on various technologies including e-commerce tracking and RFID.
Brad completed his undergraduate work in Economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder and obtained a master’s degree in Technology Management/E-commerce at the University of Denver. His master’s thesis was on the two-pronged (consumer and provider) diffusion of elective medical technologies in North America. He earned a law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and he is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.

Drew has been writing code since he was eight years old, working on his Commodore 64 computer. A graduate of Duke University with a degree in advanced computer systems, Drew recognized early on the power of dynamic, database-driven websites. After graduating from Duke, Drew started and ran two successful Internet businesses. His passion for dynamic development platforms led him to discover and master the Drupal CMS, which he has used to develop several large websites for Fortune 500 companies.

Sara is Fruition’s Social Media Manager and is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She began her professional career in the news industry before applying her storytelling skills in higher education marketing, where she found her passion utilizing social media for outreach, branding, and recruiting. Sara has spoken locally and nationally on social media marketing best practices. She loves the constantly changing world of social media, and she helps her clients win in the social sphere through conversation, engagement, and authentic content creation.

A passion for sales and a true understanding of the brands she represents allow her to stay on top of an increasingly competitive sales marketplace. Jen is a graduate of Merrimack College.

Sylvia brings eight years of marketing expertise to Fruition in her role as SEO Project Manager. Her previous professional experience involved managing comprehensive and online marketing strategies on the client side in a variety of industries, ranging from non-profits to real estate and logistics. This unique perspective enables her to truly identify with and meet the diverse needs of clients while executing SEO campaigns. Sylvia graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a master’s degree in International Business. She has studied abroad multiple times, developing cultural knowledge and cross-cultural international business skills. When she’s not researching and implementing ever-changing SEO trends, she is out exploring the outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying Colorado life.

Jeff is an endurance athlete who runs marathons and embarks on 24-hour mountain biking excursions, and he’s also an avid rock/ice climber. He holds a Master’s degree in Internet Marketing.

Joe holds an associate’s degree in graphic design and multimedia in addition to a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. With over ten years of experience in the website design industry, he has a passion for website usability and is an active advocate for web standards. He thoroughly understands the website design and development process, and he’s played many different roles throughout his career. When Joe puts his Macbook to sleep, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

Interactive Project Manager
Chance possesses the unique combination of a strong business acumen and an aptitude for creative thinking. After spending a few years in mortgage sales, he went back to school to pursue his passion for design and web development. He earned a BA in Graphic Design & Interactive Media and began a diverse freelance career in video production, graphic design, and web development before joining the Fruition team. He is responsible for overseeing web development projects across all CMS platforms and has a particular talent for developing successful e-commerce sites with Magento. He’s also the resident video production expert, leading the video and animation team from initial concept to final export of exceptional client videos.
Lauren has more than five years of experience as a graphic designer, which began by creating predominantly print design and way-finding signage. She worked in-house at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design before taking as position as the Graphics Coordinator for the 2011 Starz Denver Film Festival. As a designer at Fruition, Lauren solves client design problems through multiple channels such as website design, print materials, corporate identity, signage, branding strategy, multimedia development and illustration, UX design, and website architecture. Lauren serves on the board of AIGA Colorado as Secretary and Co-Treasurer.
Barry has been in the design thinking business for over a decade, and has been creating, building, and tinkering his entire life. While he endeavors to learn and master as much as he can, his greatest expertise manifests itself in the realms of interaction design, brand strategy, conceptual thinking, user experience design, identity, prototyping, and user interface design. He’s worked with major boss hogs such as Amnesty International, The Denver Broncos, and many soon-to-be big names as well. When Barry’s away from his desk, he might be found modifying a V8 engine, experimenting with music, prototyping with his arduino, or reading a good book with a heavy IPA.
Stephanie Riggs is an SEO researcher that analyzes current trends and then makes recommendations into how Fruition can better optimize client’s SEO campaigns. Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics and masters in statistics.
